RETURN POLICY

Under what circumstances can I return the product(s) I purchased?

Unopened product:
If you decide not to use the product or you think the product is wrong, you can return it without damaging the packaging, without using it, within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery, in the same condition as you received it (invoice, etc.). Please inform us by e-mail to info@lettafoods.com before returning it.

Opened product:
If you do not like our products or think they are defective, please inform us by e-mail at info@lettafoods.com. We are ready to make a return if you send us your opened products for examination, even if the return option is not detected as abuse.

Damaged product:
Products are checked in their protective packaging and sent wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent breakage. This system is approved and guaranteed by our contracted cargo company. In case of breakage and damage caused by faulty cargo transportation, a report must be drawn up by the cargo officer and signed by you and the cargo officer. In such cases, please inform us by e-mail at info@lettafoods.com. We are ready to make a return for your products where no abuse of the return option is detected.

 

How can I create a return?
After contacting us via e-mail, you can create a return with the contracted cargo code that will be sent to you. After your return package arrives, it will be checked by us and once approved, your refund will be made within 3 business days.

I gave up on my order, can I cancel it?
Please notify us via e-mail at info@lettafoods.com for your cancellation requests before your order is shipped.
